Yesterday was a great one for the attendees of the Q-Tip-headlined Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival. Kendrick Lamar, M.O.P., and Busta Rhymes blessed the stage. Following his set in which he performed “Dark Fantasy”, “Can’t Tell Me Nothin” and “All of The Lights”, Kanye West joined Q-Tip on “Award Tour”. Should’ve known this was going to be an awesome show when Brooklyn Bodega, the producers of the 7th Annual Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival announced on their website:
Not just a headliner, Q-Tip will work with Brooklyn Bodega to curate “Q-Tip & Friends,” a celebration of Hip-Hop through the lens of his 20+ year career.
