Nicki Minaj can’t win for losing. For almost the last two years she has been rapping her face off. Just like all the “She was dope before she went pop” trolls asked for. From R&B remixes to features she’s just been laying waste to whatever comes her way. None of which have eclipsed her pop success. In fact I would venture that if you added all her features up that they still would miss the mark. Now she serves up a heater with an understandably controversial title just to get the world talking. And the use of these words and imagery is definitely ripe for debate. Title aside, the bars are intact as always. Lets see what kind of traction this gets. Nabil shoots her with a couple big gun in B&W and has her looking tough out here. The high fashion edge is a bit reminiscent of Herb Ritts’ work with Janet Jackson. Truth be told this is good but her destruction of “Boss A*s B*tch” makes this pale in comparison. (Check that below). Needless to say you won’t be playing either of these at your Grandma’s. Unless your Nana is just cool like that.
