Rick Ross pretty much stopped traffic in the Hip Hop world yesterday with his press conference. As far as pressers go the news was not really ground breaking. Swizz Beatz discussed his partnership with Ross at Reebok and an upcoming Big & Tall line and we got a few release dates. Basically 5 tweets and a vlog worth of info. Interesting pick up by Ross though. So you lose Pill and you pick up Omarion? Hmmm. I understand the whole WuTang Investments diversifying your bonds approach to creating your roster but this did raise an eyebrow since Masspike Miles has been down from the gate. The newly named Maybach O has already shot a video for “Let’s Talk” featuring Rick Ross. While an EP for Omarion was mentioned there was no word on its release date.
