Joe Budden sets Mood at sold out show

Joe Budden took a quick break from his Slaughterhouse duties to perform a set of selections from his “Mood Muzik” mixtape series last night before a sold out crowd, completing his two-day run at Irving Plaza. Die-hard fans congregated within the Union Square location to enjoy what many hold as some of Joe’s best work.

A quick play of Joe’s collab with Lil Wayne left the crowd amped before he took the stage. In between performing bangers such as “Aftermath”, “Sober Up”, and “Come Along”, Joe maintains the audience’s attention through constant conversation and random jokes. The interaction displays the lovable personality his fan base adores immensely.

Approaching the end of his performance, Joe provides a quick memorial for former labelmate and friend Stack Bundles, who was killed in 2007. After completing his set and formally introducing his mother to the crowd , Joe extended his performance to show appreciation for the energy his fans showed throughout the night.
