Dimmed lights. Intimate lounge setting. The sounds of his new album playing in the background. This is what listeners experienced last night as they awaited Eric Roberson’s performance for his album listening party. Held at Bubble Lounge in SOHO, Mr. Nice Guy opened up his set with the first single Summertime. Chubb Rock joined him on stage, adding the extra touch that the crowd appreciated. He also performed fan favorite, Picture Perfect and another new one titled At the Same Time.
He concluded the night, freestyling a song courtesy of the audience participation, as they shouted out words for him to include. The DJ cued the N2U instrumental that made the rainy night all seem worth it.
Mr. Nice Guy is his eighth studio album and hits stores November 8th.
