UPDATE: Sean Kingston is in stable condition and was moved out of the Trauma unit and into the ICU.
Singer and songwriter Sean Kingston was in critical condition this morning at a Miami Beach, Florida hospital. The star was injured after a jet ski accident yesterday, where he crashed into a bridge. Authorities say that alcohol did not play a role.
A female passenger was also injured and hospitalized.
UPDATE: According to the Associated Press, Kingston has been stabilized and moved to the intensive care unit.
