Looks like TDE will stay winning into the new year. Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul & Jay Rock will be gracing the stage as the headliners at the 2013 edition of the Paid Dues Festival. The fest returns to the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, CA on March 30th. More names will be announced after the new year. For now you can get a look at the line up so far which includes Joey Bada$$, Dom Kennedy, Tech N9ne, Immortal Technique and De La Soul, below.
