The neo-soul legend fell off the face of the music scene after dropping his critically acclaimed album BLACKsummer’snight and only recently has Maxwell released new material.
Resurrected in an all white suit, Maxwell performed “Lake By The Ocean” last night on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Backed by an amazing band and vocalists, the crooner brings the track to life with his voice sounding just as silky as it did when he left.
