Kanye West was recent caught kissing a HOT! blonde on the balcony of his hotel room in France. According to the U.K. Mirror, the hottie Mr. West was swapping spit with is lingerie model Kate Upton. Kate was Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue’s Rookie of the Year in 2011.
