Fat Joe “drops a body” with new weight loss

New look, New attitude, Old name

Over the last 9 months, rapper Fat Joe has been hitting the gym and eating smaller, healthier meals, resoluting in a massive 88 pound weight loss. Incase you didnt know, 88 pounds is the average size of a teenager between the ages of 11-13.

After losing seven friends to heart attacks, all in their 30’s, Joe decided to take steps to bettering his health.

The Terror Squad headman recently sat down with NY Daily News to confirm his weight loss and the reasoning behind it.

“What’s the difference between me and them? Health doesn’t discriminate just because I’m famous.”

Joe also explained that his family, especially his daughter Azaryah, played a key role in this transformation.

“I can’t leave my daughter behind. I want to be here for her; I don’t want to die on her.”

Fat Joe stunned everyone when the premier of his video “Drop A Body” showcased a 265 pound man, instead of the over 400 pound man everyone is use to seeing.

“I was always LL Cool J in a fat guy’s body,” he adds.

Joey Crack tells the Daily News, “They’re all trying to alter my name, but I can’t see myself as anything else.”

He’s referring to friends who started calling him “Skinny Joe” and “Joey Flaco” (spanish for “thin”). “I think I gotta ask Diddy what my new name is.”

In the past, Joey has tried losing weight but gained it back due to a lack of focus.

He explained, “It’s like a crack addict – he hits rock bottom and he says, ‘All right, forget it. I’m not going to get high anymore.'”
