To say things got a tad bit heated during Dame Dash’s trip to The Breakfast Club would be like saying Boston saw a dusting of snow this winter. While visiting to promote his new film Loisaidas the former Roc-A-Fella label head got into a little verbal sparring with Charlamange The God, Angela Yee and particularly DJ Envy. Dash stayed away from questions about former business partner Jay Z as he did in his recent interview with Sway citing Hov’s business relationship with informants as a no fly zone.
In between all the back and forth Dame shared his views on business, why he was seen as a bad guy by some in the industry, working with Kanye West again and moving around in a new media era. This one might go in the rafters as Breakfast Club classic interview. Check part two below.
