Errick Greenlee was born on the East Coast in Stamford, CT, but soon after he could walk, his mother whisked him and his brothers back to her hometown of Detroit, MI. Raised on the meanest streets, Errick relied on his wits and his love of comics, video games, church and professional wrestling to keep him away from the pitfalls awaiting the youth of Detroit. During one summer in high school, Greenlee begged his mother to let him train for professional wrestling. After training at the Motor City Sports Club with Sweet Daddy Malcolm Monroe and Gentleman Danny Cass, Errick decided in-ring performance was not for him and attended Michigan State University.
In addition to writing Going in Raw, Errick also co-writes comic strips such as Volume 8-Bit, Pokemon Rust, Blueprint of a Serial Killer and is the Co-owner of the T-shirt Gawds with his friend Ray Ortiz. Still an avid wrestling fan, he indulges in NXT, Lucha Underground and of course Monday Night Raw.
