Statik Selektah is prepping his new album What Goes Around which is on deck for an August 19 release date on Show Off/Duck Down Music. The producer drafts two of his frequent collaborators, Freddie Gibbs and Joey Bada$$ for his first single “Carry On” off his follow up to Extended Play. Built on an AZ sample this is the boom bap that we have come to know and love from him. The drums on this are so damn right its criminal too. Joey and Freddie are a dope combo on this one too. Great way to get the people excited for your sixth album.
