North Carolina’s own, Kooley High, drop their first single “For the Record” off their latest release, David Thompson. Think 90s hip hop trio, Digable Planets, meets A Tribe Called Quest if trying to figure out their musical cadence.
Building a name for themselves through individual releases as well as group releases, The single informs newcomers of their presence and deserved space in hip hop for the record.
