Guerilla Union has included Boston in the mix again for one of the key Hip Hop festivals of the year. Good move. The absence of Boston last year left heads in New England in bad shape. The icons like Lauryn Hill, Mobb Deep, Black Star, Raekwon & Ghostface, Black Moon and Cypress Hill will be taking the main stage and performing their classic albums in their entireity. DJ Premier tweeted that he would be on the tables for Nas as he rocked Illmatic. Add in Big K.R.I.T., Slaughterhouse, Freddie Gibbs and Roc Marciano and you’re looking at a Hip Hop overload. Three guesses where I will be on September 10, 2011.
