The Atlanta hip hop community was stunned to find out about the loss of rapper Carlos “Shawty Lo” Walker. Shawty Lo was best known for his hit “Dey Know” and his lyrical war with fellow ATL native T.I., was killed in an early morning crash in the Atlanta area according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution. The rapper’s death was confirmed later confrmed through a his verified Twitter account. Shawty Lo’s white Audi was in what appears to be a single car accident on the Georgia interstate. Currently police have not released any further details.
