Ryan Leslie Releases New Song “Carnival of Peace”

Nothing short of debonair, R. Les continues the build up to his next EP Black Mozart by releasing a new track called “Carnival of Venice”. Produced by !llmind [a dope guy I met when I first moved to New York], Mr. Leslie sets his sights on Vegas with a grittier sound, showcasing his braggadocio lifestyle. Details about the album are still elusive with only a short trailer revealed about what we could possibly expect. But we do know, he’s in full promotional mode as he gears up for short stint of shows in Europe leading up to his V-day Lovers & Mountains show in New York City. Check out the song below.

As of late, Ryan’s been flexing his rap muscles by lacing his own verses down on various tracks including Fabolous’ “Life Is So Exciting.”

Last month, Leslie linked up with Talib Kweli, wearing the hat of director for their track “Outstanding“, their most recent collaboration from Talib Kweli’s mixtape, “Attack the Block.”
