In the words of that modern day philosopher and motivational speaker DJ Khaled, “It was a VIBE!” The Nov 30 edition of our free monthly DJ cypher & networking event with Jasmin Rae and Xperience Creative, The Workout (‪#‎WorkoutKBX‬) brought the city out on a Monday. Thats exactly what we wanted. We asked a few more of our skillful friends to jump on the decks this time. This month we featured sets from Boston Music Award nominee Leah V, Hot 96.9 mixer and Chicago House aficionado DJ Reggie Beas, club killer DJ Dres, Boston radio vet DJ Hustle Simmons and Yvng Pavl, resident vibe provider for The Boston Magazine award winning day party, The Wave.
