On Saturday, March 9, 2013, Miami based 8and9 Clothing Co. celebrates the opening of their new showroom space with a special guest appearance by Raekwon of The Wu-Tang Clan.
“The showroom theme is old fashion American hard work, that’s how we built our brand so it was important to incorporate significant elements when designing our office/showroom.” said Ray Guilbault, Founder and Creative Director.
The typically private boutique showroom will be open to the public from 11am to 8pm. 8and9’s entire Spring Collection will be available in addition to showroom exclusive items and deals on Winter close outs. Raekwon will be in the building with his latest mixtape “Lost Jewlry”. Followed by the official opening after party at The Stage with a live performance by Raekwon and Saheed. *Concert tickets can be purchased at The Showroom on the day of the event.
About the new showroom: The new space is 2800 square feet including the boutique showroom, offices, photography studio and warehouse with a private gated lot. Fixtures constructed of iron pipe and early 1900’s reclaimed wood are complimented by a 40 foot distressed flag mural and raw concrete floors. The gated lot enhances the private experience of the appointment only showroom boutique located at 7814 NE 4th Ct., Miami, FL.
