With the release of his second album, Day After Tomorrow, Maino continues to defy the odds. Starting his rap career after a nearly 10 year prison bid, the Brooklyn native went from the belly of the beast to the top pf the charts.

Maino sits with us and breaks down how Hip Hop began as a means of survival for him, the transition of moving from the streets to industry, not being obsessed with street cred, being a lyrical vs making hits and what “nice’ really is.
