Here’s a little peek into how this music thing works in these days and times. This new joint from Jeezy and Hov dropped at about 11:30 EST on Monday (June 30). And by 11:32 everyone hits Twitter to explain to you how dope/wack it is after a half listen all in an effort to be first with opinion. Truth is they are full of shit. Being first apparently is supposed to a prize that shows off your prominence and worth. But what happens is most of these cats just show their excessive amounts of ignorance and hubris. We work different around here.
Now to the music. On first listen “Seen It All” feels good. Cardo supplies a soulful backdrop as Young and Jigga take you through their journey from the block to the boardroom. Jay is in a good pocket here. Leaps and bounds above his appearance on Khaled’s joint. Is it a mega-hit? Don’t know yet. But has some dopeness to it. Take a listen for yourself below.
